WHAT ARE THE FEES? You, your relationship, and your family are priceless! |
INITIAL SESSION (90-MIN): $140 SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS (60-MIN): $100 |
PAYMENT METHODS:
Cash and checks are preferred methods of payment. Fees are due at the beginning of each therapy session. This allows your session to end on a therapy note.
Credit card payment is currently available, however a $5.00 processing fee will be assessed at the time of charge.
INSURANCE:
Insurance is not billed by this office. If your insurance provides benefits when you see “out-of-network providers” then please contact your insurance company about how to file a claim. Wendy will provide you with all of the information necessary to submit a claim to your insurance company. You will be responsible for the full fee up front and then will be reimbursed by your insurance company directly if applicable.
